Hands Up and Start Debating (2016)

In this unit we will explore the words and phrases needed to have a discussion. We will look at short films on different subjects that demand different points of view. We will read texts that put forward different arguments. We will write our own viewpoints in a well structured text using the grammar found in arguments.

We will complete the unit by producing a brochure which promotes a tourist attraction and take the new Grade 7s on a guide around Uppsala.
