Piano Course - Simply Piano

In this piano course we will use the app Simply Piano and the course is divided into two main segments:

The Soloist
Learn how to read sheet music, sight reading, coordination and technique so that you can play your favourite songs and pieces.

Playing chords
Learn how to play the chords of the most well-known pop, rock & jazz songs so you can accompany pretty much any song.

By the end of this course you should be able to combine several different skills such as playing chords, sight read, play with both hands, play rhythmically etc.

Your assignment is to record yourself playing a song on the keyboard using the Simply Piano app. Before you start make sure you have read through the Assessment Criteria matrix! Make sure that you can see the hands as well as the iPad screen 4. Turn up the volume on the keyboard 5. Record the song 6. Submit your recording in Teams (Simply Piano Project)
