Talking about cleaning

What do you think about cleaning? Who cleans the house in your family? You are going to sit i small groups talking about cleaning and record your conversation on an iPad.

Assignment:

You are going to have a conversation with a few classmates about cleaning.  You will get some questions to help you get started with the conversation and you are going to talk for about 15-20 minutes.

Preparation:

Read the text "Tidy up!" and learn some useful vocabulary from the vocabulary list. There is also some more information about the assignment in your "Lärlogg" in Unikum.

Your conversation will be graded according to these criteria:

• contents - Can you give your own thoughts about the given questions on cleaning?
• context and continutity - Are your thoughts given in a way, so it is easy to follow what you mean?
• presentation skills - Is your speech fluent? Are words pronounced well, so it is easy to understand what you say? Can you continue your discussion, even if you can't find the correct words or if you lose focus and forget what to say?
• strategies to keep the conversation going - Can you keep up he conversation by asking questions to the others? Can you make comments on your classmates' thoughts about cleaning?
