How we will work

We start the theme by discussing Crimes and crimewords together. You will also get a lot of time during our work to discuss in pair and in groups.

We vary our work by sometimes use exercises together decided by me and other times we use a planning sheet, where you as a student, plan what to work with yourself based on different teacher decided exercises. My wish is that you take the work seriously and see to that you practise all four different skills, reading, writing, listening and speaking. There are exercises online in one paper and ordinary exercises on the other paper. See to that you work from both the pages.

Assessments (Vad ska bedömas) when the theme ends

• You are supposed to write and hand in a text that is to be written as an newspaper article. We will talk about how to write articles before you start writing your own. The article is to be about a crime, an imaginary one or a true one.
• You will discuss different crime aspects in groups while your teacher is listening
• A reading comprehension test, where the texts are about some sort of crime
• Listening comprehension test (Crime theme as well)
