English phonetics

During class 4/12 we will be working with phonetics

During class 4/12 you will be listening to a short presentation about English phonetics.

You will learn about what IPA stands for, what phonetics is and why it exists.

You will learn more about what vowels and consonants are and most important; you will get a chance to practice your phonetic-skills.

Reading (15 min)

Short lecture on history and vowels (15 min)

Vowel-practice

Short lecture on consonants (15 min)
