Burning issues 2020

There are lots of things you can have opinions on. "Burning" issues are issues that many people have different opinions on. In this project you will read texts and watch movies and discuss different issues. You will give a speech or you will hand in an essay on something you "burn" for.

We will:

• Watch a film without subtitle with a "burning issue", answer questions about it and discuss it.
• Discuss texts.
• Discuss different issues in small groups.
• Work with and learn new words.
• Write an argumentative essay. (Optional)
• Give an argumentative speech. (Optional)

You will get a matrix and a written comment on your:
- writing and/or speech.
