Your menue should include a starter (förrätt), a main course (huvudrätt) and a dessert.
Step 1: Decide what dishes you are going to have in your menue!
Step 2: Try to choose healthy food and food from the WHOLE (hela) food pyramid. That means pasta, bread, rice, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and nuts. Also remember fat, like oil and butter.
Step 3: Write down the ingredients of your meals.
Step 4: Do your menues - I have prepared colourful papers and colour pencils! Or do a Power-Point.
Step 5: Present your menue and tell us which ingredients you need for your three dishes.
