Eng 6 Reading Project -The Wave by Morton Rhue

We are going to read, or listen to, the novel "The Wave" by Morton Rhue. For every lesson you will read a couple of chapters, and work with exercises that you will find in Unikum. We are also going to discuss the book in class and in small groups.

Syfte/Purpose

Skönlitteratur, även dikter och dramatik, såväl samtida som utdrag ur äldre verk.  

Strategier för att dra slutsatser om syfte, synsätt och underförstådd betydelse, till exempel genom att anteckna, ställa sig frågor, identifiera huvudbudskap och använda omvärldskunskap.

Teman, form och innehåll i film och skönlitteratur. .

Samhällsfrågor, sociala, kulturella, politiska och historiska förhållanden.

Produktion och interaktion:

Muntlig och skriftlig produktion och interaktion med olika syften, där eleverna resonerar, argumenterar, ansöker, återger och sammanfattar.

Increase reading comprehension by reading a classic novel and working with text comprehension questions.
