Murder on the Menu

Who is the murderer? Why did he do it? Did he do it? These are the questions we pose during a good murder mystery and those are the questions we will be posing among others during this theme.

Syfte:

• förstå och tolka innehållet i talad engelska och i olika slags texter
• formulera sig och kommunicera i tal och skrift
• använda språkliga strategier för att förstå och göra sig förstådd
• anpassa språket efter olika syften, mottagare och sammanhang
• reflektera över livsvillkor, samhällsfrågor och kulturella företeelser i olika sammanhang och delar av världen där engelska används

Arbetsbeskrivning: 

We will be working with a famous podcast called Serial. We will also be looking at a few different texts and how to write argumentative essays. You will be placed in disscusion groups so that you can discuss what is happening in the podcast.
