Choose ten different words from the glosary-list to the text "death penalty", and write ten different sentences containing them!

Midsomer murders or Dexter

You are going to write either a summary of the series or a text that resembles a newspaper-article encouraging people to watch them. If you are aiming for a higher grade i would recommend you to go for the newspaper-article.

Write about a crime of your own choosing.

You are going to choose a famous real life crime story and write a text about it. Obviously it is the quality and not the quantity of the text that matters but i expect you to write around 1-2 pages. Try to use as many of the words we have learnt from the text as possible so i can see that you have learnt them well enough to use them accurately and freely. Good luck!

We are going to read the text in the book about the death penalty and then you are going to choose ten different words from the glosary-list and write ten sentences using these words.Try to find words that you are not that familiar with!

The death penalty-dead wrong or to die for?

Write an argumentative piece for a newspaper, tell the readers why you are either pro or against the death penalty. We are going to have an oral debate in the classroom later so try to find good arguments!
