NP English - Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking, Grammar (w.41-49)

You are going to work with Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing exercises from old National tests yr 9 and you will learn some strategies. You will be tested on your Reading and Listening skills, give response to a text and you will revise your own text. On Thursday w.48 the national test in Speaking will be done and you are going to do it together with one or two classmate/s.

Goals

• You will learn reading, listening, speaking and Writing strategies.
• You will improve your knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary, while Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
• You will practise your way of cooperating.

Way of working

• You will work with different types of Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing strategies.
• You will read six different texts and answer questions about the texts.
• You will do the listening exercises in class, during three different lessons (Monday/Tuesday w.41 + Thursday w.41 + Thursday w.42).
• You will work with old National tests and other exercises when it comes to Speaking.
• You will also write one text  - A Letter to Connect. You will get one lesson (to make a disposition (a plan) and one lesson to write the text (Monday or Tuesday + Thursday w.46).
