Reading Solace

Pedagogical plan

What?

We are going to read short stories (noveller) and practice our ability to analyze the stories, i.e. our reading comprehension.

 

Why? 

It is important to comprehend what we have read, not just the actual words but what happens in between the lines. Reading is also the best way of improving your language skills. You expand your vocabulary, improve your grammar and spelling, and improve your global understanding. 

 

How?

We will read different short stories, and look into the language and the themes of the stories. We will do this both together in class and individually. 

 

How? 

In the end, you will show off not only your reading comprehension, but also your talkative skills. You are going to take part in a literary seminare, where you discuss the text you have read.
