Mysteries - Find out more

Mysteries! There are many mysteries today that we do not know much about but that is why I have got you, my very talented detectives. Your assignment will be to find out more about a mystery.

What really happened? Why is the mystery not solved yet? I have prepared a couple of mysteries for you to do some research on. You are going to work in groups consisting of three and four people. Every group is going to work with one mystery.

You will have approximately 3 lessons to investigate your mystery. I want you to start presenting your findings on Tuesday the 2nd of February, week 5. I want you to use power point when you present and that you use pictures. TIPS: you can watch and use video clips on youtube.

Each group will choose which mystery to work with but if it is two or more groups we will be drawing lots. They are as follow:

• The Bermuda Triangle group 7

Important questions to think about when investigating a mystery are:

• When and where did the mystery happen?
• Why is it a mystery?
• Anything special about the mystery that is interesting to know?
• Has anything been learnt about the mystery in recent years? 
• Anything else interesting and mysterious you can find.

• I muntliga framställningar av olika slag kan eleven formulera sig enkelt och begripligt med fraser och meningar.
• För att förtydliga och variera sin kommunikation kan eleven bearbeta, och göra enstaka enkla förbättringar av, egna framställningar.
