The three farmers, Boggis, Bounce and Bean have a problem. Someone has been stealing from them. They set up to catch the thief, Mr Fox. However, it isn't as easy as they all think.

Work

We will be reading the novel Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl. Sometimes you'll be read to and sometimes you'll be required to read by yourself. You will have questions to the different chapters that you will answer to show your understanding. Sometimes you'll talk about them and sometimes you'll be required to answer the questions in writing. 

Throughout the work you'll be working with vocabulary to the text. You'll translate words, write them in sentences, find synonyms and explain the words in English. 

You will have writing exercises to the novel regarding different things.

Sometimes you'll be expected to participate in discussions in class, sometimes in smaller groups. After the book is finished you'll have discussion about the entire book in a smaller group.
