Letter to future self

In this assignment you're going to write a letter to your future self. You will receive the letter by the time  you’re 60 years old. Write the letter just as you would to your best friend. Be friendly and have fun with it. 

Here are a few suggestions (förslag) for what you could include in your letter:

How do you feel at this moment in your life? 

What are the positives and negatives in your current life?

What are you doing in your free time?

Highlights of the past year - Which funny things do you want to remember or laugh about in the future? What were this year’s best things/worst things that happened to you?  

What are some hopes and dreams you have for the future? - What is the vision for your future life? What are the things you’re looking forward to?

What goals would you like to have accomplished? 

What obstacles do you currently have that you would like to overcome? 

Lessons learned and advice for yourself - What advice would you give to your future self?

Example how to start: Dear future me....

Your text is supposed to be about 250 - 500 words. 

In this assignment I will evaluate (bedöma) the following.

1. How good you can write. (Is it easy to understand, how does the text flow, is there a red thread?).
2. How you structure your text (sentences and the text as a whole).
3. If you use the correct tense (tempus).
4. Conjunctions (bindeord) - And, also, because, but etc(osv).
5. Are you writing a correct type of text?
