Wings 8 - The USA

This lesson plan is based upon section 4 - Wings 8. We will work with the theme of the USA, both by using the book and by using other sources. We will: 1) Read and listen to different areas (such as American history, geography, politics, sports, holidays and traditions, life as an American teenager, famous places, people and events and so on) which has to do with the USA. 2) Work with assignments in Wings 8 Red relating to the theme of the USA 3) Read American literature 4) Possibly, work on a project with American students The theme will end with the assignment: Group discussion. In small groups you will discuss topics about different aspects of the USA that we have worked with during our lessons. You will both show me what you know about these aspects as well as your ability to discuss in English.
