Biology, The Human Body - Blic 5

This unit of study is about the body and its organs. You will learn about the skeleton, muscles, skin, teeth, cells, blood, bacteria and viruses and much more. You will make simple surveys that you plan and document. You will have to work in groups, individually, verbally and in writing.

Goal and purpose.

We will work with the body and its bodies. This is because we have a better understanding of how our body works and how we can handle it in the best possible way. We will also look at how sound and light arise from the perspective of physics.

• Människans pubertet, sexualitet och reproduktion samt frågor om identitet, jämställdhet, relationer, kärlek och ansvar.
• Enkla fältstudier och experiment. Planering, utförande och utvärdering.
• Dokumentation av enkla undersökningar med tabeller, bilder och enkla skriftliga rapporter, såväl med som utan digitala verktyg.
• Tolkning och granskning av information med koppling till biologi, till exempel artiklar i tidningar och filmer i digitala medier.
• Hur ljud uppstår, breder ut sig och uppfattas av örat.
