A Virtual Trip to Australia, New Zealand or India

A project about Australia, New Zealand or India

You are going to go on a virtual trip to Australia, New Zealand or India and make a presentation about your chosen country. This means that you are going to learn about different aspects about your the country such as general facts about the country, what to see when you visit, culture and traditions, everyday life and food. You are also going to compare the country you have chosen to Sweden.

You will use Google Slides or PowerPoint to make a presentation of your chosen country. You will then present in front of the class or record yourself using a screen caption tool. Your presentation should be around 5 minutes long. 

Weekly plan 41-43

Week 41: Decide what country you would like to write about. Chose which of the suggested topics you find interesting, or come up with your own ideas. Make mind maps and start to look for information. 

• Collect all the facts you need

Write short texts about your topic to help you know what to say.

• Find pictures
• Learn new words to increase you vocabulary

Week 42: Create presentation (on Google Slides or Powerpoint) and practice for the oral presentation

Week 43: Presentations in class... or be finished and send your presentation to me by Thursday, October 27.
