Today is Friday and I am so sorry I can’t be with you guys at school!

But today you will be working with a short story by Stephen King, called “The Reach”. Stephen King has written many short stories and books, some which have been turned into movies… like “It”, “Carrie”, “The Shining” and “Shawshank Redemption” among others. Not everything he writes is horror, though!

There’s 2 parts to this story, but today you’re only supposed to be working with the first part. If you finish the first part, you can of course continue to the second part!

3. Stella says she feels like the wind is calling her and she hears other people talking to her. Why is this strange?

The Gutenberg project is a volunteer organization and the oldest digital library! During class, you can start reading "Alice in Wonderland" (or choose another book). The link is below.
