Happiness and stress - Digilär

What makes us happy? What makes us stressed? Have you ever thought about how to cope with all the stressful challanges we deal with on a daily basis?

During the next few weeks we will discuss, read and listen to chapters/subjects concerning happiness and stress. We will use Digilär as the basic study material and the tasks are included within each chapter of the material. You will hand in different tasks via the platform and we will finish the chapter with a written assignment and a movie.
