Kindred

Exploring slavery in America during the 19th century by reading the novel "Kindred", by author Octavia Butler.

We will be reading the book Kindred. You can also listen to the text (fast speed), but I would like you to read while you are listening.

You will respond to your reading every week in a notebook. It is important that you write something every week, and more than once a week if you have time. Read through the different reading response prompts (glued into your notebook) to help get started with your writing.
