Matilda - Written assignment

During some weeks you will read Matilda, written by Roald Dahl.

While reading you will work with reading logs, book circles and have a written assignment.

The written assignment will take place once you have finished reading the book. I will give you the topics a week before you write so that you can prepare yourselves. Here is the assignment:

 

You will choose between the three topics below, and write a text about it next Tuesday. I want the text to be between 150-400 words long. You only have one lesson to finish it. 

 

·      Imagine that 15 years have passed and Matilda meets her family again. How have their lives developed? What will the meeting be like?

·      Do you think the ending was a happy one? If not, how would you have wanted the book to end? 

·      Imagine that the book would continue after the last page, what do you think would happen?
