Wings Unit 1 Formative Writing Assignment

A writing assignment linked to the unit on crime. The purpose of the assignment is to practice paraphrasing.

A Famous Criminal

 

·    Choose a famous criminal, either one mentioned in the Wings textbook or another of your choice.

·    Find information about the criminial from two places

·    Paraphrase at least twice, following the method we have practiced with key words.  You will include these lists after your text.  Put the paraphrased sentences in cursive

·    Be sure to give your references

·    Write a text of about 1.5 pages double-spaced,  size 12.
