Canada Eng. 8

During the next few weeks we will deal with the topic Canada. You will learn about the country's most famous people and the Canadian culture.

The goals with this topic are:

* to have a general idea about Canadadian culture and some famous people.

* to speak English and to understand spoken English.

This is how you will work:

You will be reading different texts from Spotlight 8.

You will write texts about stereotypes and Canadian celebreties.

You will listen to spoken English (YouTube, Spotlight 8 etc.)

You will discuss in groups.

Assessment:

Your written comparison between Canada and Sweden.
