My Slideshow

This speaking unit is built on the research and writing you did when you worked on, A Virtual Holiday.

Okay, now you have researched your country, planned your trip, created a common story and in the process, written three letters to a friend or family member at home in Sweden. Now you are home again and it's time for the slideshow of your trip!

Put together a slideshow using Google Slides (Google Presentation) and use the photos to talk about the trip that you have just been on. Find photos of the places you have visited and written about in your letters. Use the photos to help your talk about your holiday. You have already written the story in your letters - use the slides to help tell it.

Find 15-20 slides. No other props - just talk about your trip! 

Create your slideshow in Classroom under "My Slideshow" - each person should create their own. When you are doing the same things, you can use the same slides if you like.

Aim at 10 minutes. Record .your slideshow using Screencastify.  Use the video function that records you in the small picture in the corner of the screen while you go through your slides.
