Unit 1: Short Stories

What?
You will be divided into small groups and asked to read a short story given to you by your teacher. You will also be requested to carry out tasks and exercises connected to the text. When you have completed the tasks and exercises, your next challenge is to prepare a podcast in which you discuss the story.

Why?

·         Develop your understanding of written content and the ability to interpret content

·         Practise the ability to express yourself and communicate in spoken English with adaptation to the purpose, the situation and the intended recipient
