Informative speech

In this work unit, you will be given the opportunity to practise reading different types of articles. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to record an informative speech where you speak about sugar or a topic of your choosing.

Informative speech

•Preparea recording (informative speech) about sugar, or another topic of your choosing.

•Be informative and objective– You should convince your reader with facts– not opinions.

•Write a script which includes citations and references.

•The recording shouldbe between 5-8 minutes.

•You must at least use two different sources.

•Include a source critical approach – why should we trust the information presented in the text? Consider for example bias and tendency.

•Due 16 December.
