Introduction

In chapter 8 students read texts and listen to tracks that recount some of the atrocities committed by the Nazis during the WWII against minorities due to their faith and ethnic background. In addition to that, they read stories of great sacrifice and heroism.

In chapter 9, students read and learn about the European country, Ireland. They get to know more about Irish traditions and and important historical events.
