Firstly - learn the word by doing lists - I will put all the lists here on Unikum.

Secondly - find recipes, see how they are written. 

Thirdly - Choose a recipe and plan an oral presentation - just like a cooking program.

Either record it or tell about it live - use video in your presentation.
