Vi kommer att se filmen Beauty and the Beast och sedan skriva en movie review, det vill säga en recension av vad filmen handlar om.

What is a review?

A review is your personal opinion of a movie or a book. You split the text into parts – introduction, plot, characters and recommendation (conclusion). To get a grade, you need all four parts. Use bold writing on the headlines (Rubrik 3) and normal writing for the rest.

 This is what should be included in your review.

Introduction	This is where you present your text. What is your text going to be about? It is almost easiest to write this part last even though it is going to be at the top of the paper when you have finished. You can also mention facts about the movie such as rewards, director, year of release and so on.
Characters	This is the part where you write about the characters in the movie. Pick the ones you think is most important to the story and your review. Describe the characters well – remember to give examples from the movie!
Plot	This is where you write about the actual movie. What was it about? What is the twist? That makes this movie fun/exciting/romantic/bad/boring and so on. What do you think about the different characters? That do you think the movies message is?
Conclusion	This is where you tie the text together. You just have to show the reader that you have finished your review.
