Fantasy and Myth

People who view fantasy as second rate or childish are usually people who don't read or understand it. Sure, the stories take place in an imaginary world. But those worlds mirror our own and tell us things about ourselves that need to be said and understood. /Terry Brooks

Syftet med detta arbetsområde är att:

• kunna formulera dig skriftligt och muntligt
• lära dig ord och fraser som har med fantasy att göra
• kunna lite om en genren fantasy

• Three texts from Spotlight 8 + comprehension/vocabulary exercises to the texts (worksheet compendium).

• Two listening exercises (worksheet compendium).

• Film and film review

• Fantasy discussion in class

• Several videos about the world of fantasy

• Final reading/listening test

Examinationer

- En skriftlig text om en fantasy-film.

- En muntlig diskussion utifrån frågor relaterade till temat. 

- Ett läs- och hörförståelse test där det också kommer att ingå några av  orden/uttrycken från arbetsområdet.
