CONTENT
This theme focuses on both your creativity and your knowledge of the environment and technology. We will work as a technology developer and develop a more sustainable product. In the first step, you should think about something in your life that you think needs to be developed or invented, for a more sustainable future.
You sketch on ideas and investigate whether your idea may already exist and develop the idea. Finally, you have a solution in sketch form (on paper or digital) and a report that describes your sustainable design, what needs you want to meet, a description of the function and how your idea contributes to a sustainable future; environmental, ergonomic, economic, social, ie its consequences for individual society and the environment.
You have the freedom to choose to develop an existing product, for example change the shape, function and material of a package, design an environmentally friendly toy, furniture, clothing or whatever you want. In this theme, you get to test using your imagination and working as a designer and entrepreneur.
TARGET
· Think about the choice of materials with regard to function, design and environment.
· Make sketches by hand or digitally.
· Motivate how the idea / product contributes to a sustainable future.
· Present the product as a commercial (film or advertising).
