Until the sports holiday, we will train on complex movements with the help of tools such as mats, rings, jumps, balance beam.

Innehåll

INNEHÅLL/CONTENT

You will be able to train in four different areas. Jumps, rings, balance beam and mat. In these four areas you will learn in year 7 two, year 8 three and year 9 four different exercises. These four exercises are then put together into a series. We also try to bring in airtrack and trampoline. 

 

MÅL/TARGET

Be able to perform two to four different exercises in mat, jump, rings and balance beam.

 

SUCCESS STRATEGIES 

- Always do your best

- Have a positive attitude

- Do many repetitions to get better and better

- Film while performing a movement. Then can see what you need to improve.
