For this unit, you are going to produce and record a podcast about a topic of your choice.

Tid: v.6-v.10

Arbetsgång: 

* Du kommer att få lyssna på några olika podcasts för att skapa dig en bild av hur man kan bygga upp en bra och intressant podcast

* Du kommer att få tid till att fördjupa dig om ditt/gruppens valda ämne genom att söka och samla information

* Du kommer att skriva ett manus/planering för din/er podcast

* Spela in din/er podcast i appen Garageband 

 

Bedömning: Bedömning görs löpande under arbetets gång, så kom ihåg att arbeta aktivt på lektionstid. När din/er podcast är klar kommer jag att bedöma slutresultatet enligt matris nedan. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

You're going to make a podcast about something that interests you. You could choose to work individually or in pairs. Your podcast should be about 5 mins/person. (So, if you do it alone = 5 mins, 2 people = 10 mins etc). 

1. Choose a topic to talk about. For example:

* Crime (murder, kidnappings) 

* Love (relationship issues, tips) 

* Gaming 

* Movies 

* Well-being (mental health, fitness, stress)

* Teenage problems

* An interview with someone famous/interesting

* A news report/documentary

 

 2. Research your topic WELL and write down the most important things about it (Keywords) Don’t forget to find answers to the following questions: 

WHAT? (What happened?)
WHEN? (When did it happen?)

WHO? (Who does the story involve?)
WHY? (Why did it happen?)

3. Write a script (OBS! Läs inte direkt av skärmen, manuset skall bara användas som hjälpmedel)

4. Record your podcast! In your recording, you should include:

a)    A)  An introduction (Welcome your listeners! Who are you, and what are you going to talk about? Make people WANT to listen to your podcast!)

b)    B)  A presentation of your subject(s) + a (brief) discussion about your subject(s)

c)     C)  uitable ending (Wrap things up smoothly – don’t stop the recording out of nowhere😊)

To make your podcast interesting, don't forget to: Add music/jingles 

You could also add: Sound effects, interviews (real or fake…)

Be serious, but most of all – have fun with it!
