Love, love, love (based on section 2, Wings 9)

What is love? That is a gigantic question! In Wings 9, section 2, we will explore this subject closer. We will analyze poems, discuss topics related to love and finally write an argumentative text.

Aim

You will improve your ability to:

• understand spoken and written English,
• write and speak English,
• use strategies to understand and make yourself understood,
• adapt your language according to purpose, reader/listener and context and
• reflect on culture and way of life in different contexts
• learn new words from a context

Assessment

I will assess:

• your ability to speak in the classroom and in small groups.
• your ability to write an agumentative text (based on your discussions)
• your ability to understand spoken English (hörförståelsetest at the end of the work period)
• your ability to understand written English (läsförståelsetest at the end of the work period)
• your ability to learn new words and grammar (test at the end of the work period
